The October Workshop (focused on themes from the staff survey), identified strong support for establishing a director-level group comprising staff from across the organization. The idea of having a ‘Directors Roundtable’ aligns with the direction of the CAO who is looking to empower director-level staff on decision-making regarding operational matters while fostering a culture of support and collaboration to deliver quality municipal services.
