SWOT Survey for the Multisite Joint Health and Safety Committee (MJHSC)

This survey is intended for members of the Town’s Multisite Joint Health and Safety Committee (MJHSC) to help assess how the committee is functioning, identify what is working well, and highlight areas for improvement.

All MJHSC members are encouraged to complete this anonymous survey. 

Responses will be summarized for the committee to support a discussion about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the committee’s overall effectiveness.
