The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many Town staff to work remotely and prompted the municipality to reassess how we deliver programs and services to the community. Senior management recognizes the success that staff has had in adapting to new technology while continuing service delivery. Staff was last surveyed in April largely about the Town’s safety efforts in response to COVID-19, communication, working remotely and the tools required for success.
As we look to the future, we want to understand your thoughts around what a return to the office might look like and how space can be better utilized to meet the needs of staff and support collaboration.
