Staff Survey September 2022

As we have passed the 2-year milestone of the pandemic, we want to check in with staff to see how you are doing. This survey is an important component as we continue to refine our future of work strategy. As the CAO has said, the new hybrid work environment will be maintained for those positions for which it makes sense. Of paramount importance is to ensure that we provide and foster a positive work environment.

This survey asks only that you identify your department, responses are anonymous.

The results of the survey will be shared with staff at the upcoming Town Hall meeting.
